Neon introduces a brand new line of plushies. Because of her super large head she can balance and ride on your shoulder. Neon measures in at 17inches from nose to tail, and is completely made from Shannon Cuddle 3 minky. Her head is stuffed firmly, as ar her limbs, but her belly and tail have a loose mix of beans and fluff to make her floppy and huggable.
